1. Turn on the ventilator power:
- Connected to power supply: host, air compressor, humidifier;
- Connected to the air source: high-pressure oxygen, high-pressure air;
- Connect the sterilized exhalation box, breathing tube, humidification tank, and add an appropriate amount of sterile distilled water;
- Turn on the host power supply and the air compressor power supply (except for no air compressor);
- Press the interface “Check before use” to make a self-test, (pay attention to the use of the original test pipeline) and make sure that all can pass correctly.;
- For child mode, please set the pipeline compliance compensation to (no);
- Select the ventilation mode and adjust the breathing parameters;
- Press the ventilation/stop ventilation button to start ventilation, and use the simulated lungs for ventilation for about 1 minute to ensure that the parameter settings are correct.;
- Connect the patient for normal ventilation;
- Ventilate for about 30s, and after the ventilation is stable, set the appropriate upper and lower alarm limits.
2.Shut down ventilator:
- Press the ventilation/stop ventilation button to stop ventilation;
- Disconnect the power supply and air source;
- Remove the exhalation box, breathing tube, humidification tank, humidifier accessories, etc., and use suitable methods for sterilization and disinfection;
- Clean the ventilator;
- Store the ventilator in a dry, room temperature room.
3. Cleaning process:
Respiratory circuit disinfection process
- Discard disposable parts: disposable pipes, filters, etc.;
- Detoxifying parts: silicone pipeline, humidification tank, exhalation box, etc.;
- Rinse all parts with hot water below 35 degrees;
- Soak and disinfect with disinfectant;
- Disinfectants can be used: alcohol, phthalaldehyde-containing solution (CidexOPA), Haisani instrument cleaning disinfectant, DD1 multi-enzyme sterilization cleaner, Yaniosede 1000 disinfectant;
- Clean the parts in sterile water to remove all residues;
- Drying: It can be dried naturally for more than 24 hours, or it can be dried in a 70-degree drying oven for 1 hour.
Respiratory circuit sterilization process (not recommended)
- Discard disposable parts: disposable pipes, humidifying paper, filters, etc.;
- Sterilizable parts: silicone pipeline, humidification tank, exhalation box, etc.;
- Rinse all parts with hot water below 35 degrees;
- Autoclave: peak temperature of 134 degrees, 4 minutes;
- Incorrect autoclaving may cause damage to the exhalation box.Please use high-quality sterilization equipment and professional personnel to operate.
Daily maintenance and maintenance of equipment
- If the use time reaches 7 days, please check the air compressor and perform maintenance (except for no air compressor);
- Clean the dust filter at the bottom and rear of the air compressor (except for no air compressor);
- Exclude stagnant water from the stagnant water bottle behind the air compressor (except for no air compressor)
- The surface of the equipment can be cleaned with a damp cloth;
- If the use time reaches 5000 hours, please maintain the host of the equipment.
